The calendar indicator does not verify availability for a particular colour or configuration. Shipping estimates, stock and regional rules depend on the retailer and the customer's order.

German Apple Store prices

These are published prices in Germany at the source-check date, not current global retail offers. More storage may be useful for large local video files, offline media and demanding apps, but the most expensive configuration is not automatically the best value. Compare needs first.

4. Ask your carrier: Check local SIM or eSIM transfer steps and account requirements.
5. Audit apps and accessories: Banking and authenticator apps, chargers, cases and display protectors may need careful migration or model-specific fit.
6. Read the order: Confirm configuration, warranty, returns and delivery conditions before paying.

Prepare for preorder and setup

Apple lists 16 October 2026 at 14:00 CEST as Germany’s preorder start, with availability from 23 October. Before ordering, check three practical questions: Can your carrier activate eSIM? Is your old phone backed up? Does each accessory explicitly support the iPhone Duo form factor?

Separate specifications from real tests

Apple lists a 7.6-inch inner display, 5.4-inch outer display and the A20 Pro chip. Those are manufacturer specifications. They alone cannot demonstrate real-world battery endurance, durability under heavy hinge use or compatibility with every third-party application.

Reliable testing requires documented equipment and real use. We do not claim to have performed those measurements simply because a device was announced.

Accessory compatibility before checkout

A folding phone calls for device-specific fit checks. For a car mount, prioritize mechanical retention; for a desk stand, look for hinge clearance; for a power bank, verify USB-C output or the exact Qi-certified accessory. These are source-led buying checks, not independent hardware test results.
